These Terms are a binding agreement between you and JUWISEL Studio LLC ("JUWISEL"). By creating an account, accepting these Terms, purchasing Pro, or using the service, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where you live and able to enter a binding agreement. WreathProfit by JUWISEL is intended primarily for lawful business/professional planning.
WreathProfit by JUWISEL organizes user-provided assumptions and estimates pricing/profit scenarios. Outputs depend on your inputs. It is not accounting, tax, legal, financial, marketplace-fee, shipping or other professional advice and does not guarantee sales, demand, profit, margins, rankings, tax treatment, compliance or results. You must verify inputs, fees, taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, platform rules and business decisions.
Free may be offered without an account. Pro requires a signed-in account, acceptance of the current Terms and an active paid entitlement. Features and limits may change prospectively subject to applicable law. Continuous or error-free availability is not promised.
Material price/renewal changes will receive notice or renewed consent where required by law.
During active Pro access, JUWISEL grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own lawful business planning. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish or mirror protected source; bypass subscription/access controls; scrape or reverse engineer except where non-waivable law permits; interfere with service security; use the service unlawfully; or remove proprietary notices.
You retain rights in information you enter. To operate WreathProfit by JUWISEL, you authorize JUWISEL and its service providers to process account, support, consent, subscription and other information you intentionally transmit only as described in the Privacy Policy and as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support the service. This does not transfer ownership of your business records to JUWISEL. Many recipes, inventory, quotes and order records may be stored in your browser. Browser-local data can be lost through storage clearing, private browsing, device/browser changes or failure. You are responsible for exports/backups, should not use WreathProfit by JUWISEL as your sole repository for legally required records, and should export records you need before access ends or you change devices/browsers.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, full payment-card details, account passwords, health information, or other highly sensitive information that WreathProfit by JUWISEL does not request or need.
WreathProfit by JUWISEL may use or refer to Stripe, Supabase, OpenAI/ChatGPT, marketplaces, hosting providers and other third parties. Their terms, privacy practices, fees, availability and decisions are theirs. Reference or integration does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.
JUWISEL owns or licenses WreathProfit by JUWISEL's protectable software, design, text, branding and compilations. These Terms do not claim ownership of generic pricing concepts, formulas, methods or ideas that law does not protect. Voluntary feedback may be used by JUWISEL worldwide, perpetually and royalty-free, excluding your confidential business data.
JUWISEL may suspend or terminate for nonpayment, fraud, material breach, security risk, illegal use or bypass attempts, subject to notice/cure rights required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, availability or business result. Non-waivable warranties remain unaffected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JUWISEL and its owners/personnel/providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-opportunity or lost-data damages. Where a direct-damages cap is legally permitted, aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid for WreathProfit by JUWISEL during the preceding 12 months or US $50. Liability that law does not allow us to exclude or limit is not excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify JUWISEL from third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, your content, your material breach, or your violation of another person's rights, excluding JUWISEL conduct where law prohibits shifting liability.
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, New Jersey law governs without conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights remain preserved.
Terms may be updated prospectively. Renewed acceptance will be requested where required. Invalid provisions are severed to the extent possible. You may not assign without consent; JUWISEL may assign with a merger, financing, reorganization or service/business transfer. JUWISEL is not responsible for delays caused by events reasonably outside its control.
You consent to electronic service, billing, security, legal and transactional notices at your account contact information, subject to law. Billing, account, legal and support questions may be sent to WreathProfit by JUWISEL Support or submitted through juwiselstudio.com.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Billing / Refund / Cancellation Policy, and any checkout disclosures incorporated by reference form the agreement governing WreathProfit by JUWISEL except where separate written terms expressly apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or another right. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations already incurred, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnity, governing law and this section—survive to the extent permitted by law.
